Nutmeg, Frankincense and Cypress Essential Oil are known for many benefits individually but when used together they can help cope with a number of everyday discomforts. 

When blended together in a base oil such as Apricot or Jojoba you can make yourself a fabulous joint and muscle care blend which will help soothe sore, stiff, inflamed and cold areas. 

In 50 ml of base oil such as Apricot, blend in 20 drops of Nutmeg, 10 drops of Frankincense and 10 drops of Cypress Essential Oil and apply on the affected area.
