1.) Lavender Essential Oil is a versatile essential oil known for its calming scent and therapeutic properties. Mix a few drops of lavender essential oil with a carrier oil, such as jojoba or apricot or sweet almond or grapeseed, and gently massage it into your scalp. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes or overnight before washing your hair as usual.

  • Scalp massage: Dilute 30-35 drops of your chosen essential oil(s) in 50 ml carrier oil like Jojoba or Sweet Almond or Apricot or Grapeseed or Jojoba and gently massage it into your scalp for a few minutes. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes or overnight before washing your hair.
    Important: When using more than one essential oil for your hair regime, the total number of drops for essential oils still remains the same at 30-35 in 50 ml carrier oil so as to say add 17/18 drops each if you decide to use two essential oils and 12 drops each if you chose three essential oils in 50 ml carrier oil
  • Hair mask: Add a few drops of essential oil to a natural hair mask or blend it with a carrier oil. Apply the mixture to your hair, focusing on the ends, and leave it on for the recommended time before rinsing thoroughly.
  • Shampoo/conditioner boost: Add a few drops of essential oil to your regular shampoo or conditioner and shake well before use.
  • Scalp spray: Mix a few drops of essential oil with water in a spray bottle and mist it onto your scalp between washes for a refreshing
