Summer Special! – Foot Soak with Refreshing Mint & Orange
Through the summers you can never go wrong with this blend, whether it be in a soap, shampoo, diffuser or foot soak. On a hot summer day with long working hours or errands, there is no better way to unwind than to soak your tired feet!
In a Basin of Warm Water add the following
- 5 Tablespoons of Epsom Salt
- 2 Tablespoons of Baking Soda
- 6 Drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
- 6 Drops of Orange Essential Oil
- 3 Drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil
- 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
Soak your feet into the water for at least 20 mins, pat dry post, apply a light layer of coconut oil or any other carrier oil and put on some comfy socks!

Invigorating Pain Relief Foot Soak
Some long productive days end with swollen, painful and tired feet. The reason can range from long walks to uncomfortable shoes or even being stuck in a bad traffic jam! Try this simple recipe to ease your pain and swelling.
In a basin of Warm Water add the following
- 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
- 4 Drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
- 4 Drops of Lemon Essential Oil
- 4 Drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil

- 3 Table Spoons of Raw Honey
