  1. Topical Application: Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil to make a blend before applying them topically. 
  2. Suggested dilution/blend ratio for application / massage for pain relief is max 50 drops essential oil in 50 ml good carrier oil. 
  3. A good carrier oil could be Apricot or Walnut or Almond oil, or any other oil of your choice.
  4. Take a small quantity of the blend and gently massage it onto the affected area.
  5. Applying twice a day is a good idea, preferably at bedtime, and after bath in the morning.
  6. Yes, we can use more than one essential oil. Each essential oil has unique properties and blends of more than one essential oil are sometimes very effective. Dilution ratio will not change - total drops from all essential oils combined not to exceed 50 in 50 ml carrier oil.
  7. Inhalation: Adding a few drops of essential oil to a diffuser or inhaling the aroma directly from the bottle can help alleviate headaches, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.
